It rains in Portland. I guess it rains just about everywhere sometime. Some places more than most. Portland is probably pretty average as far as the volume of rain goes. But it sure seems like a lot lately, and it hasn't been a particularly long stretch of time.The sun broke through the clouds this afternoon and I saw it briefly out the window as I was going about my work. I smiled and felt better about pretty much everything.
